三辊真空脱水轧车

    我公司研制的三辊真空脱水轧车是一款超低轧余率的新型轧水车，适用于混纺，化纤，棉，毛织物的浸轧工艺。

    原理是当织物从水液中导出后，水液以薄膜状态布满织物表面及织物纤维内和交织格间内部，常规轧水车轧挤时织物内部和交织格间仍留有不少非合水液。使用真空吸湿轧水车时织物通过橡胶辊与真空吸湿轧水辊（发明专利号20181018888189.和实用新型号2018203157056）的轧点时，水液被挤出织物的同时，残留在织物纤维中和交织格间的非结合水液，由真空吸湿辊将水液经真空泵吸入储液罐回收。

    我公司经过多年的实践和改进，现已成功开始投入市场。经我公司的新型轧水车轧吸后的布匹具有较低的含水率，可以提高百分之五十的烘干效率和回收百分之三十的助剂再利用。能帮助使用单位节约燃气和助剂成本，从而达到节能减排的效果。

Overview

    Three-roller Vacuum dewatering Padder designed by our company is a new type of dewatering Padder with ultra-low rolling surplus. This equipment is mainly used for padding process of blending, chemical fibers and cotton fabrics, etc.

    When fabric are derived from water, water in film spreads over the surface, interior and interweave space of the fabric. Normal Padder operation still leaves a lot of non-bonded water in interior and interweave space of the fabric. However, three-roller vacuum dewatering Padder, when fabric passing through the rolling point of rubber roller and vacuum hygroscopic roller (Patent No. 2018101888189 and Patent No. 2018203157056), water is extruded from the fabric and non-bonded water is sucked into the liquid storage tank by the vacuum absorption roller through the vacuum pump for recovery. 

    Our company has been successfully put into the market after years of practice and improvement. The moisture content of the fabric is lower after being rolled and sucked by our new dewatering Padder, which can improve 50% drying efficiency and recycle 30% auxiliary. It can help users save the cost of gas and auxiliaries in order to achieve goal of energy saving.
